Hampshire Children’s University is part of a network of national Children’s Universities. Our aim is to provide high quality, exciting and innovative learning activities and experiences outside normal school hours. At the heart of its work is the ambition to raise aspirations, boost achievement and foster a love of learning, so that young people can make the most of their abilities and interests. We are open to everyone, but we aim to particularly support young people that face educational disadvantage, including those with special educational needs.
Students take part in activities after school, at weekends and in the school holidays get stamps in their passport, and work towards national certificates. These are awarded towards the end of the school year at Southampton Solent University in a special graduation ceremony.
School clubs are included as well as local clubs. To find out what activities you can do locally click here. If you want to include one not on the list please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Interested in joining? Email Mr Stark at email@example.com
