Route 2

We use appropriate visual resources and differentiated tasks to provide a range of experiences in computing. They are taught to create multimedia content, communicate and share information using ICT and develop logical thinking through coding activities. Students have the opportunity to work individually as well as collaborate with others to develop their skills through sharing of ideas, techniques, and evaluation of outcomes.

We use appropriate resources and differentiate approaches to support students in their studies of the core areas of computing to developing their creativity, skills and ideas while working towards an Entry Level or a Functional Skills qualification. Students are taught practical computing skills needed for the chosen next step in their lives and accessing technologies available to them at home, in college or work.
