Oak Lodge Vision and Values

The pupils are at the centre of all we do at Oak Lodge.  The core values are the building blocks upon which we provide every child with every opportunity to SHINE.

Our vision is built around a personalised learning approach, developing programmes of study, including access to high quality therapeutic input, to meet the needs of each pupil.  Working in partnership with external agencies we aim to ensure that every child develops holistically within our engaging and inclusive curriculum.

We aim to prepare every child for life beyond Oak Lodge providing them with a toolkit of skills to navigate their adult life. Our curriculum is designed to develop academic knowledge alongside social, emotional and mental health awareness; building resilient and confident young people who leave us with ‘Outstanding Achievement and Knowledge for Life’.
