A warm welcome to Oak Lodge School

Welcome to Oak Lodge school, a specialist secondary school on the edge of the New Forest National Park for around 160 pupils aged 11-16. Our nurturing and therapeutic learning environment caters for students with a range of needs including Autistic Spectrum Condition; social, communication and sensory needs; severe, moderate and specific learning difficulties and mental health needs.

Our school vision encourages all pupils to gain outstanding achievement and knowledge for life with the aim of ensuring they are well prepared for adulthood, independent living and employment.

Personalised targets help to equip pupils for life beyond school and help them to make good progress across our broad and varied curriculum. Our life curriculum and vibrant Arts programme also supports pupils to embed the key skills of communication, reading and personal development.
