Science is an important subject which helps students to understand the world around us.

Through a variety of learning styles they will gain knowledge from the subjects of Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Science; with an aim to foster curiosity and inspire questioning.

There is a strong emphasis on investigation which includes skills of observation, planning, safe practical work, analysis of observed data and evaluation which naturally includes the use of Mathematics and Literacy.

A full sized and comprehensively stocked Science laboratory, suited to KS3 & KS4, is available to all students
